Constant money stress reveals frequency of unworthiness or fear of lack. Money that comes but immediately goes reflects frequency of not deserving to keep good things. Undercharging for your services broadcasts frequency of undervaluing yourself.

David's Money Mirror: Money came to David in bursts but never stayed. He'd get a good client or opportunity, then something would happen to drain the money away. This revealed he was broadcasting the frequency of someone who could attract abundance but didn't believe he deserved to maintain it.

Mirror #3: The Opportunity Mirror

What it reveals: Your unconscious beliefs about what's possible for you

The types of opportunities that appear in your life—and how they unfold—reflect your frequency about your own potential and what you believe is available to someone like you.

If opportunities consistently fall through at the last minute, you're broadcasting ambivalence about actually receiving what you want. If you only attract "almost right" opportunities, you're emitting settling frequency. If opportunities feel scarce, you're broadcasting beliefs about limitation.

David's Opportunity Mirror: David attracted exciting opportunities that would get his hopes up, then collapse due to "external circumstances." How to Conduct Your Own Mirror Test

Here's the exact process I use with clients to decode what their reality is revealing about their frequency:

Step 1: Pattern Recognition (No Judgment Zone)

For each of the five mirrors, honestly assess the patterns in your current reality:

People: What types of people do you consistently attract? How do others typically treat you? What do people often say about you?

Money: How does money typically flow in your life? What's your relationship with earning, keeping, and using money?

Opportunities: What kinds of opportunities come to you? How do they usually unfold? What's your track record with follow-through?

Health/Energy: What's your typical energy level? Any recurring health patterns? How does your body typically feel?

Synchronicity: How often do you experience meaningful coincidences? Does life feel magical or mundane?

The key is brutal honesty without self-judgment. You're gathering data, not criticizing yourself.

Step 2: Frequency Translation

For each pattern you identified, ask: "What frequency would someone need to be broadcasting to consistently attract this experience?"

This is where most people get defensive, but it's crucial. If you keep attracting people who take advantage of you, the frequency translation might be: "I broadcast that I'm willing to give more than I receive" or "I emit the signal that I don't value my own needs."

Step 3: Root Belief Identification

Dig deeper into what beliefs might create these frequency patterns:

  • What do I believe about myself that would create this pattern?

  • What do I believe about life/people/success that would generate this frequency?

  • What am I afraid would happen if this pattern changed?

Step 4: Conscious Frequency Correction

Now you can make specific adjustments because you know exactly what you've been unconsciously broadcasting.

If you've been unconsciously broadcasting "I don't deserve to keep good things," you can consciously practice the frequency of "I deserve to receive and maintain abundance." If you've been emitting "I need to prove my worth," you can shift to "I am inherently valuable."
